This is a rental agreement between the owners of
at the Holly Tree Resort and Holly Club Resort Management.

Please read and check each of the following sections.

I (We), the owner(s), agree to have twenty-five percent (25%)
of the total rental revenues collected deducted from those rental revenues by
Holly Club Resort Management as payment under the terms of this agreement.
Holly Tree Resort Management agrees to mail the balance of the rental
proceeds to me (us). (Note: There will be a minimum of 6-8 weeks
processing period.) The owners further agree to pay any credit card fees associated with this rental.
(This averages 3% only on nightly rentals paid by credit card.)

I (We) fully understand that Holly Club Resort
Management, Inc. will make every effort to rent the unit for the designated nights
at the full rate. However, full rental at full rate is not guaranteed.

I (We) have paid our annual Operating Fee, as well as any other
outstanding fees for this unit/week and owe no money to the Owners' Association. I (We) also understand
that if any Fees are due, the unit will not be rented. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

|
I (We) may cancel this agreement in writing at any time,
but any reservations taken for our unit must be able to be relocated to
other comparable units. We may use any unoccupied nights during our deeded
week by reserving them in advance, as Holly Tree Resort will not contact me
about reservations during my week. After our unit/week has been listed for rental, I (We) may not
deposit it with an exchange company or rent it privately.
