Dear Deeded Owner(s),

This is your annual ownership letter. This gives Holly Tree Resort an idea of how you plan to use your Deeded Week, and enables us to better serve your needs. Please respond and let us know what you plan to do with your vacation week. Remember, certain options do have time limitations and requirements. We do not want you to miss out on rental or exchange opportunities that may be available now, but not later.

OWNERS MAY CHOOSE ONE OF THE OPTIONS BELOW

	I (we) will be occupying our unit during our deeded week. Check in after 4pm.

	I (we), will be exchanging our week with Interval International and do not require any assistance from Holly Tree Resort - Holly Tree Resort is not responsible for this week. To deposit your week call Interval International at 1-800-828-8200. Deposit week 60 days prior to deeded check in date for full deposit, 14 days prior for a late deposit. Operating Fee for this week MUST be paid prior to contacting Interval International.
	I (we), would like Holly Tree Resort to rent my unit. Please send me the required rental agreement and I (we) will send it back with authorization. (Holly Tree Resort suggests that you call the resort to discuss Your week's rental ability.) Make note of online Rental Agreement.
